There are some remarkable Welsh Terrier performance titleholders in multiple classes and systems, but impressively, since 2001, Linda Brisbin has owned and competed with the Top Three AKC Agility Welsh Terriers, each earning successive multiyear positions as the Number One Welsh Terrier Agility Dog in America:
- 1999 “Webster” was the USDAA Agility’s First Welsh Terrier to earn ADCH.
- 2001-2006 “Webster” was the first Welsh Terrier to be awarded Master Agility Champion (MACH) in 2002, and ranked as high as 10th in the nation among all breeds. Webster’s sire was Ch. Bear Hill’s Lord Gwent and his dam was Ch. Cisseldale’s Tuff Tootsy.
- 2007-2010 “Higgins” was the first Welsh Terrier to make the AKC Agility Invitational Finals, and was ranked as high as 7th in the nation among all breeds. Higgins’ sire was Ch. Briggsdale’s Gold Eagle and his dam was Ch. Cisseldale’s Dazzlin Di.
- 2011-2017 “Zachary,” bred by Lucy Bailey and Linda Schulte (Wysiwyg) was last ranked at 13th in the nation among all breeds. Zachary’s sire was Ch. Brynmawr Mighty Quinn and his dam was WYSIWYG Baileywyc Llinach Da.
All three of Linda Brisbin’s dogs were ranked #1, 2, 3 AKC Agility Welsh Terriers in 2007 and 2008.
