Her School, “Kip’s Dog Obedience,” has produced a number of obedience trial champions, including her own Welsh Terrier, “Ticket,” the first Welsh Terrier to earn an OTCH.

To obtain an OTCH title, a dog and handler team must receive 100 points by placing first, second, third, or fourth in the Open B or Utility B classes and a first place in Utility B, and first place in Open B and an additional first place from either class. “Ticket” also ranked third in the Top Dog division of the all-breed World Series event in July 1996.
